Placing an ante means that each player must put a particular amount in the pot before the game begins, and before any cards are dealt. The ante is usually determined in online 5 card draw play by the "house" (which in this instance is the poker network that you are playing on). Five card draw is dealt with a standard deck of 52 playing cards (no jokers). Final Betting
